Alongside the club shirts in our shop, we design, print and stitch custom sportswear in-house in Lahore: team kits for clubs, schools, offices and tournaments, as well as training and gym wear. If you have never ordered a custom kit before, the process can look complicated. It is not. Here is how an order works with us, from the first message to the finished kits.
What we can make
We handle cut and sew, sublimation, heat transfer, screen printing and embroidery, so we can produce full team kits, training wear, gym wear and made-to-measure pieces. Most of our apparel uses sublimation printing, which lets us print any design, colour or pattern and put a different name and number on every shirt. Hoodies, sweatshirts and fleeces often look better with embroidery, and we will suggest what suits your design.
Step 1: Send us your idea on WhatsApp
Custom orders are handled on WhatsApp. You can fill in the short form on our custom sportswear page, which opens WhatsApp with your details ready to send, or message us directly at +92 303 4613912. The more you tell us at the start, the faster we can quote. Useful details are:
- the sport and the items you need, for example shirts only, or shirts and shorts;
- roughly how many pieces;
- your colours, and any logos, crests or sponsor graphics;
- the date you need the kits by;
- a reference picture of a style you like, if you have one.
You can attach logos and reference images in the chat. To send several files at once, put them together in a .zip file.
Step 2: Design and approval
You can send finished design files, or simply describe your idea and let our design team create it. Either way, the team makes the design print-ready, checks details such as logo placement, colour combinations and image resolution, and makes the changes you ask for. There is no limit on revisions.
Before anything goes into production, we send you final mockups and a details document to approve, including the fabric we recommend with its GSM and composition. Production starts only after you approve them.
Step 3: Your quote
We quote all-inclusive prices, with no hidden fees, based on the items, quantity and decoration you choose. A few things to know:
- No minimum order on most products. You can order a single custom item. Some products do have a minimum quantity, because making just one would be too expensive; ask us for a quote if you need fewer.
- Bulk discounts. The more pieces you order, the less you pay per piece.
- Names and numbers. On sublimated kits, a different name and number on each shirt costs nothing extra and does not count as a separate design.
- Different designs or colours are set up as separate items, but the bulk discount still applies to your whole order.
Step 4: A sample, if you want one
If you would like to check the fabric, stitching and sizing first, we can send a blank sample to your door within about a week. There is a small non-refundable fee, usually Rs 2,000 per item, which is deducted from your final order total. For orders of more than 200 pieces or over Rs 50,000, a printed sample is part of the approval process.
Step 5: Production and delivery
Design, manufacturing and printing all happen in-house in Lahore, and we keep you posted with photos as your kits move through production, so anything can be corrected straight away. Apparel orders usually take 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the quantity and our workload at the time. If you have a fixed date, such as the start of a tournament, tell us when you first get in touch and we will confirm a delivery date with you.
Collecting names, numbers and sizes for a team
The part that usually takes a team longest is gathering everyone's details. A simple list saves time and avoids mistakes:
- Make one row per player with their name exactly as it should be printed, their number and their size.
- Ask each player to check their size against the chest and length chart on our product pages, or to measure with our size guide. Our article on choosing football jersey sizes explains how to read the chart.
- Check the spelling of every name before you send the list.
If a standard size chart does not suit someone, ask about made-to-measure, which we offer at no extra charge. And if every player wants to pay for their own kit, we can set that up too.
If something is not right
We want your kits to be right the first time. If there is a fault you can see on delivery, such as a misspelled name or the wrong colours, sizes or material, contact us straight away with photos. We will work with you to put it right, with a replacement or a refund for faulty items.
